Cachemate upload to GSAK questions

Went out with Ed_S today and scored 18 caches! I had 11 at the start of the day. 1 more for 30, OK for alot of you it's not a big deal, but I'm a newbie, let me bask in my glory. I logged them all one at a time but I know there is a way to upload from cachemate to GSAK and then hopefully to Geocaching.com. How do I do this?

I hate to tell ya this, but I still do it one at a time. I use GSAK more to set up my trips than to finish them.
